Returns


• Return requests will only be accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Shipping fees apply to returns (Bosta etc.).
• Item(s) purchased on promotion, sale, or using a coupon are not eligible for returns.
• Approved return items will be refunded within 14 days.
• Refunds will be processed via InstaPay.
• Return shipping fees will be deducted from the item’s refund amount (you will receive the item’s price minus the return shipping cost).
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include the original tags and packaging.

How to submits a Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@endur-eg.com. Please note that there will be additional fees.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@endur-eg.com.


Exchange Policy

 

• Exchange requests will only be accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include the original tags and packaging.
• Items can only be exchanged once.
• Exchanged items are not eligible for refunds.
• Shipping fees apply to all exchange requests.
• All exchanges and returns must be processed through the original place of purchase.

*During sale period, items ordered at a discounted price can not be refunded, but may be exchanged by the steps above in some cases (switching size, color). Shipping fees will apply. Sale packages are not allowed to be opened while the courier delivers it. Please email customerservice@endur-eg.com for more.

Europeansa Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
